Return to the gym

 

It’s a return to the gym today and just a general day to tidy up some bits I run out of time for over the last week. 

It was cross trainer to start and intervals on 14 despite have a rest yesterday my knees didn’t enjoy it and it took a while to get them going. 

It was on to fore arm to start behind the back curls on 20kg riding to 30kg followed by arms I front and a mirror. It hits slightly different bits of the fore arm either a different grip. 

Some good mornings next again with 20kg followed by 30kg I haven’t done them for a while so it was a bit of a shock.

Calf raises seated next starting with 40kg and raising it to 60kg to finish.

It was nice to mop up all the bits I’d put off.
