Legs

 

It’s Sunday and that means leg day ! 

With cross trainer to get some blood pumping through the legs, 30 mins on intervals level 14 I didn’t push too hard I wanted to save some for the main event. 

It was on to squats next and I started off with 50kg to get the motion and then quickly worked up to 100kg which I’m getting more comfortable with, don’t think I’m confident to up it yet but it’s getting there. 

Leg curls next starting off at 50kg and working up to 75kg. 

Leg extensions next and I tried to mirror the curls not pushing too hard this week I wanted to stay comfortable.

Leg press next and I started off higher at 80kg and ended up finishing on 117.5kg which is good.

I was running out of time in the car park so I had to call it a day but I’m pleased with my results.
