Leg day

 

𝒮𝓆𝓊𝒶𝓉 𝓂𝒶𝒸𝒽𝒾𝓃𝑒
It’s back to the gym today even though the weather is brilliant being nice blue sky's. 

After my walk yesterday I’d forgotten to pack my heart rate strap for the wahoo app so I had to rely on my Apple Watch. It was cross trainer intervals to start of with level 15, it was good and my watch told me I’d got through 357kc so the strap would have been on nearly 450kc but hey I didn’t have it.

Squats next and it was a bit of a grind today starting off with 50kg and working up to 90kg it was slow but I got there. 

Leg press next and a quick 50kg set but putting it up to 70kg and then working up to 110kg it felt ok but I was slow today 

Leg extensions next and starting at 50kg and working up to 65kg hot so high today but it’s back weighted so more sets at higher weight. 

Leg curls to finish and I tried to match extensions but went up in weight a bit quicker.

I was running out of time as squats and presses took a long time so I didn’t wait for a calf raise machine they were in use I thought I’d add it on to something latter in the week !
