Chest today !

It’s a return to the gym today and trying to capitalise on yesterday’s leg day I’m following up with chest. 

It was rowing machine to start with starting east then increasing the pace. I was a little off from my best distance but not far 3850m 

Then on to the chest work out itself starting with a machine chest press light at 20kg then increasing to 35kg until it started failing. 

Machine flys next starting higher than normal at 50kg and increasing to 57.5kg not much but maybe it was how I had the machine set as it was a struggle today. 

Incline press next adding 10kg and then 20kg lots of reps but small ish weight. 

Then mirrored with the decline press.

On to cable flys dropping it to 2x7.5kg and increasing it to 12.5kg nice and slow with good form. 

I called it a day here and headed home for a rest !
