Biceps πŸ’ͺ gym day

 

It’s a return to the gym today and biceps was the ultimate goal, but first it was the rowing machine. The technician was in the building so that ment the best rower was back in service. I managed to get just over 4km in 40 mins and it was a struggle towards the end I can tell you ! 

Biceps next and the curl machine was first up starting at 20kg and working up to 37kg.

Cable curls and it was 10kg to start it seems a big drop but the resistance is a lot different. I worked up to 27kg and it was a lot harder than the 37kg on the machine. 

Preacher next with a fat EZ bar there was 20kg on there to start and I did nice slow curls I added on 5kg and ground it out to failure. 

Preacher with plates next and starting with 15kg and working up to 25kg.

Some bar curls to finish and 20kg bar and dropping down to a 15kg bar.

As the technician was in the ab machine was also repaired so a quick go on that and 1 started at 57.5kg and worked up to 72.5kg to finish.

It was nice season today everything was working and it wasn’t too busy.
