Back day
It’s to the gym again today and this time a back workout.
I started of with the rowing machine and I put in a bit of a shift here 4176m in 30 mins and that was above my last effort.
Dead lifts to start and I added 30kg to a standard bar and and then raised it up to 40kg for my working sets, not very heavy I know but the were lots of reps.
Reverse fly next and starting with 50kg and then raising slowly to 65kg which was a struggle.
Rows next and starting at 50kg and raising up to 65kg and it was a bit of a grind
Lat pull downs next with a wide grip, 40kg to start then working up to 70kg by the end it felt good !
Bent over rows with a t bar not heavy just 15kg to start then up to 20kg to finish off.
It was a nice work out today and a bit heavier than normal.
