Who killed Lawrence of Arabia ? Mark J.T Griffin

T.E Lawrence was undoubtedly a great man and his accomplishments throughout the First World War are legendary and are worth remembering. Trying to put together the the exact circumstances of his death 90ish years after the event when all the key witnesses are dead is a hell of a task.

Trying to tie it to the rise of national socialism and the dangers of Hitler and forming ties with his ideology are thin at best. Yes I’m sure Lawrence was called to London Many times he was an expert on Arabia remember and if you wanted to know something he was the man to ask.

Of course as this documentary points out after fighting in the desert he would have been suffering from PTSD. So how’s this for an idea? While travelling at speed on his Brough Superior something clicked and took him back to a battle, he was there in his mind seeing all the events as vivid as the first time. He saw the children on bikes ahead of him to late swerved to avoid then hit his head on a tree at speed in the resulting crash and died latter of his injuries ?

Sometimes the simplest explanation is the best one but if you wish to hear about how it could be because of German sympathies or Israeli assassins or the British security services keeping house then watch this documentary but meh.
