Taking it on the chest !

 

It’s chest day but to start it was cross trainer intervals on 14, I think that 14/15 are the sweet spot for my old knees anything higher and they tend to suffer. 

It was machine press to start 27.5kg and moving up to 35kg. 

Incline press and adding 10kg to the bar but dropping down to only 5kg.

Decline press next and it’s a mirror of incline press. 

Machine flys starting on 42.5kg and moving up in increments to 65kg 

Then something new the iso-lateral press it was a strange one I started with 15kg a side the dropped to 10kg a side 

It was Abbas to finish 55kg up to 82 kg and the done.
