Return to the gym general training.

 

It back to the gym today my knee feels a lot better but I thought I’d just do a general work out. 

To test my knee properly it was cross trainer intervals on 14 for warm up. 

I went an did a leg press with plates no too heavy just 50kg moving up to 60kg 

Forearm next 20kg up to 30kg nice and slow until they were burning. 

Reverse flys next 35kg up to 45 kg not to much but enough to feel it. 

It was rowing weights next not to much 42.5 up to 50kg it wasn’t a heavy day it was more about getting back in the habit.
