Legs
It’s gym again and makinging it 4 in a week, I thought I’d make it a leg day and try to get one in a week.
I started with cross trainer on intervals 15 for 30 mins
It was squats next starting on 50kg and working up to 70kg not really pushing it today.
Leg press next and again 50kg working up to 70kg nice and deep.
Leg extensions next starting at 42.5kg and going up to 56kg and then leg curls to mirror.
Not many exercises today but a good workout nonetheless the less next week I’ll try to push more !
