Leg Day 🦡

 

It’s the day everyone dreads leg day ! 

To get some blood flowing I kicked off with rowing, just at a leisurely pace as seen in the picture. The first machine I tried and my favourite had a mechanical issue so I had to move. 

Then it was onto squats 50kg to start with and moving up to 80kg this week pushing a bit more. 

Leg press next on the machine as the plated machine was busy. Starting on 65kg and moving up to 90kg. 

Leg curls next starting off at 50kg and moving up to 72.5 kg 

Leg extensions and I tried to mirror the curls but had to use a different machine so ended up a few kilograms under starting on 47.5kg and up to 68kg. 

Calf raises to finish starting at 50kg and moving up to 65 kg to finish.
