Head, shoulders….
Yesterday I went straight instead of left it was getting late in the day and being in the gym after schools finish is not fun.
Today I did turn left and made it to the gym, it was cross trainer intervals on 15 to start pushing it into my red zone in the middle three peaks. A complete 30min program later and it was on to the weight section.
Shoulders today and a machine shoulder press to kick off starting light at 20kg and moving up to 32.5 kg to finish.
Lateral raise machine again it was 15kg and working up to 27.5kg this time really getting the burn in the outside of the shoulders.
On to the fixed bars next 20kg military presses and going up to 30kg that was a struggle today.
Upright rows 20kg and again up to 30kg my shoulders were smashed but I got 6 good sets in.
Front plate raises to find the shoulders and with a 10kg plate up to 15kg it was with a burning shoulders I moved on.
On to the abs machine to finish and help with the hiatus hernia 35kg to start working up to 72.5kg
Not the heaviest of days today but a lot of exercises, a bit more consistency and I should improve !
