Chest
It’s back to the gym before taking a rest tomorrow.
I kicked off with cross trainer on intervals 14 not high but a slog after leg day yesterday. I managed a full 30 minutes set just.
It was on to chest press next on the machine starting low at 20kg and moving up to 35kg. It felt good !
Flys next on the machine 35kg and uping it to 55kg and actually struggling towards the end.
Incline press next adding 30kg to start and upping it to 35kg
Decline press and I tried to mirror the incline press
Then cable flys to finish not heavy but nice and light but slow starting with 7.5kg out wide and upping it to 10kg a side to finish.
