Biceps
Morning television in the U.K has magazine programmes where they jump between extremes of topics. Normally some horrific illness or injury into some light fluffy dressing your poodle type piece. That’s what I’m emulating here I think.
It was to the gym after work the weather is awful it’s been raining all day so no pictures. It was rowing to start 30mins I wasn’t as good as earlier in the week probably because that was a rest day.
It was on to biceps and preacher to start adding 10kg to an EZ Bar and working up to 25kg it was good.
Cable curls next starting at 12kg working up to 27kg it was a bit awkward on my right side but I got there.
Biceps machine next starting at 25kg and up to 35kg.
I found a station with a bar and bang out some curls at 20kg
Hammer curls to finish just adding 10kg to a fat hammer curl bar.
I called it a day and came home !
