As mentioned it was rowing to kick off I was a bit stiff after the walk yesterday but soon got going 30 mins on there and it was into a tricep work out.
Cable pull downs with a bar first starting with 13 kg and working up to 28kg
Over head pull with the rope next starting a bit heavier at 16kg and going up to 33kg
Rope pull downs next and I’ve had trouble with a hiatus hernia so as it had popped out I didn’t push too hard 16kg up to 23.5 this time
On to the triceps machine this is seated so I could push a bit more starting at a combination of 35kg and going up to 58 kg
French press or over head press not heavy being mindful for the hernia so 20kg sets dropping to 17.5kg nice and slow.
I have to work on the abs to try and make them stronger and prevent the hiatus hernia or make it smaller so it was 65kg crunches and then working up to 72.5kg.
The gym diary full it was time to head home and relax.
