Gym and chest
It’s back to the gym again my hiatus hernia had been playing up today probably because I’ve put on some weight while home with my cold.
After pushing my hernia back in it was cross trainer intervals set to 15 for 30 mins. It was ok.
Then onto machine flys 40kg to start and moving up to 55kg.
I went into the weight room because the machines were full. I went on the incline press I added 10kg to the bar and it was painful on the hernia I reduced it to just the bar in the end.
Machine press next 19kg up to 27 not much as I didn’t want to aggravate the hernia.
Cable flys to finish 10kg dropping to 7.5kg I wasn’t really feeling it today but I had to go and try.
