Biceps and rowing

 

It’s another gym session and to complement yesterdays triceps it’s biceps today. 

Some gentle rowing to start easy pace to warm up and get some blood moving 30 minutes and 3756 meters later I’m on the the weights 

Bicep curl machine first starting at 20 and moving up to 35kg a bit of a struggle but good going 

Preacher with an Ez bar, I think the bar is around 7.5 kg I put two 10kg’s on to start and then added two fives to finish. 

Cable curls next I pick the toughest station but I’m in the way of the leg press (it’s not used that much) 16.5kg moving up to 28.5kg

Bar curls next 20kg to start and moving up to 30kg this was a real struggle near the end and I was bending and wobbling al over the place but it was good. 

I wanted to brake it up so went for lat pull downs 42.5kg up to 55kg 

Finally preacher on the machine with a 20kg plate then adding 5 and going to failure.
