Afternoon walk

 

ℬ𝓁𝒢𝒸𝓀𝓅𝒢𝓇𝓀 𝓁𝒢𝓀𝑒
I did things in reverse today I had lunch at home and watched a documentary on the mid nineties film “True Lies” it was good and touched base with the director and actors. 

I was really of a mind to stay at home watch rubbish and enjoy the warmth but a message from my friend telling me he was out for a walk lit my motivation. 

I got dressed up with my boots, coat and cap and put on the Russian revolution on Audible and left. Not a long walk today just up to Black Park lake and back just under 5 miles. It was just over 90 mins and I only have 30 mins of the book left to listen too. It was nice to get out and get some fresh air, it may sound silly but I’m breathing a lot better now I’m home.

Sales, shopping and storms

  Last night I listed some of the golf balls on eBay, the Titleist Pro V1’s and the TruFeel’s. Now it’s a crowded market on eBay so I placed them on promotion to be listed top. This morning I had sold both listings not for much but it’s a start.  After a quick visit to Tesco it was down to the local parcel shop to send them off.  It was an afternoon of preparing more golf balls to be listed and then a quick walk up Rowley lane and a big haul of 28 balls. When I inspected them at home three of the more valuable ones had small splits so we’re condemned to the bin.  I’ll keep you posted on more sales, have fun stay safe πŸ‘πŸΌ

Afternoon walk

  It was an afternoon walk, I headed up to Rowley path as I feel there might have been a few Christmas golfers. I made it up to the top of the path and back. I found 11 balls today which was good going. The farmer had also been out with the chainsaw making the path safe by cutting some fallen trees. He’d left a can of two stroke petrol/oil mix near the tree so I grabbed it and left it on a fence post near to the farm for them to find in the daylight. It was a nice walk, I’ve finished Phoenix and I’m onto a new book so look out for a bad review.  Have fun stay safe πŸ‘πŸΌ

Windsor farm shop, local gangster and afternoon walk

  Windsor farm shop It was a lunch time visit to Windsor farm shop to get some treats before the weekly food shop. The car park was extremely busy as there’s a fish monger who’s there on Pop up fish monger   Windsor farm shop Thursdays between 11-2. He must have some good stock for sale at a good price because there was a very long queue st his pop up stall.  Wexham Gangster  What did we get from the far shop, well I picked up a beef and Stilton small pie and an old Windsor pasty for tomorrow after work and we also bought a chicken smd mushroom pie . I have to say the beef and Stilton pie was extremely rich so be warned. The chicken and mushroom pie was very nice and I’d highly recommend.  Passion flower     After lunch had settled it was out for a walk I picked up the WeWard cards I was missing and along the way bumped into Wexham’s new gangster a cute cat who’s taken residence on Mirridor Crescent .
