2025 resolutions and commitments!

As discussed in my previous post if you’re after a radical change it’s better to break it down and take it one step at a time rather than trying to do everything in the first week ! It a resolution for the year not the first week so you can space it out and learn the lessons along the way. You don’t fail but you learn and use that to move forward !
Obviously I’ll try to maintain my resolutions from last year:
No nicotine
Commit to getting fitter.
But for the year ahead I want to add to that and my own self improvement. I’ve been looking on line and there are some courses I can go on to learn some new skills, I can also do some self learning and read some books and commit to other forms of self improvement. It’s not going to be easy I’m sure but I’ll share with you my triumphs and failures along the way.
Of course I’ll continue to blog and update this page and write my reviews
