Standing on the shoulders of …

 

It was back to work this morning after two days off so when the alarm went off it was with reluctance I got ready and went in. 

This rolled over after my finish time too and I was tempted to head home instead. But I pulled myself together and headed to the gym. It was cross trainer to start with on intervals level 16 today. My knees held up well, I have been getting hot spots on them when under load on training but today they were fine. 

Shoulders next and machine press, just light to get som blood flowing so 20kg working up to 35kg 

The lateral raise machine was busy, well someone was on there writing text message so I headed to the racks bar press to start 20kg working up to 40kg and then upright rowing coming down in weight from 40kg to 20kg. 

Some front plate raises next not so heavy 10kg up to 20kg and then some lateral raises with arms fully extended 2.5kg aside but slowly you’ll be amazed how quickly they start burning. 

Some ab crunches to finish on the machine 57.5 kg up to 67kg then a quick shake and home !
