Leg day at the gym


 It’s leg day again, I know I haven’t written much about the gym but it always seems like the such dull content but I’ll try and keep you up to date. If nothing else it lets me practice my writing skills and if we’re honest I need the practice ! 

It was a light rowing session to start not going nuts just getting the blood moving before moving on to the main event. It was squats to start on the squat machine 4 sets at 50kg and then up to 60kg for the final three sets. 

Ok to leg press with plates, starting at 50kg and moving up to 90kg to finish. 

Leg extensions starting at 41kg and moving up to 61kg to finish and the this was mirrored with leg curls. 

Seated calf raises to finish all at 50kg until my calf’s became too tight !
