Leg day and apple challenge up date
It’s leg day so from work it was straight to the gym, rowing machine to start just to get some blood following.
It was on to the squat machine next starting at 40kg and working up to 60kg it was good.
Leg press next starting at 50kg and working up to 90kg I was surprised I could push it that far as I’ve been a bit conservative with leg press.
Leg extensions starting at 42kg and I discovered I had a very tender bruise on my left shin so had to take it easy. It was really painful when it hit the pad so only went up to 57.5kg I mirror extensions and curls
It was on to calf raises to finish 30kg up to 50 kg and failing.
