Chest day at the gym
It was cross trainer intervals on 15 to start that punished the legs but also got the blood flowing. I’m listening to Richard Osmands We Slove Murders it good as are all his books and if you haven’t you should pick them up.
The chest workout it’s self started with a chest press machine light to start on 20 kg and working up to 40 kg. It felt really good.
All the fly machines were occupied so it was on to decline press, I added 10kg to the bar and worked up to adding 20kg it’s not heavy I know.
Incline is next door to decline and i mirrored the work out I struggled a bit to the end.
Cable Flys next as it was empty starting with 10kg a side and doing a slow fly and dropping down to 7.5kg a side as it was starting to fail.
Fly machine next and combined 33kg moving up to 45 until failure.
I added in some abs crunches as I had a row empty in the gym diary the I called it a day !!!
