Biceps

As it was triceps yesterday it’s biceps today, rowing machine to start to get some blood flowing. 

Then it was preacher curl with an ez bar starting with 10kg and working up to 30kg 
Then it was preacher machine with plates a bit lighter starting with 25kg slow and dropped to 20kg to round it out. 

Cable curls starting at 16.5 kg and going up to 27kg I try to use the same station as they’re all different resistances.

Bicep machine next, starting at 20kg and working up to 27kg not much but nice and slow. 

Bar curl next with 20kg slow and easy all under control and the dropping down to 17.5 kg to finish off the set. 

Some lat pull downs to finish 35kg and then up to 42.5 kg to finish every thing off !
